Mexico Superior Heights Single Origin Dark
This coffee is strictly grown at a high altitude in volcanic soil near the Guatemala border in Chiapas, Mexico. It expresses the terrain with a gentle acidity and a velvety-smooth body. Its notes of dark chocolate, walnuts, and date tones are supported by a rich aromatic wood note akin to fresh-cut cedar with a hint of floral notes, making this coffee an exceptional choice. This coffee works great with any brewing method, but we particularly love it French pressed or as a thick and chocolatey shot of espresso.
